Job summary

Viant Technology is seeking a technically skilled CRM Administrator to own and optimize the organization's CRM ecosystem of panel management, automations, and data flows. You will design scalable processes, build AI-powered workflows, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support to translate needs into system solutions.

The role requires 3–7 years of CRM experience, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on experience with APIs and low-code automation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years CRM administration or related ops role.
• Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms and building workflow automations.
• Experience designing scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations.
• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the CRM platform and panel management systems.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows and automations for the panelist lifecycle.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and intelligent automations to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Monitor system performance, workflow effectiveness, and data quality; propose improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and process maps for visibility and decision-making.
• Manage integrations between CRM platforms, internal databases, and third-party apps via APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for operations teams.
• Recommend continuous process improvements to enhance scalability and panelist experience.
• Ensure configurations and data management align with security and compliance.
