Job summary

Zendesk seeks a hands-on CRM Platform Tech Lead to anchor our CRM engineering team. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions and own the technical delivery of sprint commitments while mentoring the squad.

You will drive solution engineering, champion AI-first approaches, lead heavy integrations, and collaborate with Product Managers and RevOps to align technical work with business goals. This role blends hands-on coding with leadership in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CRM platform development.
• 3+ years as technical lead or squad lead.
• Expert in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools.
• Strong Agile execution and communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level requirements into executable technical solutions.
• Lead sprint execution and unblock the team.
• Hands-on development of complex integrations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure release hygiene with CI/CD and automated testing.
