Job summary

Viant Technology is seeking a Panel Systems Manager to own and optimize the CRM ecosystem and panel management systems, shaping scalable processes and automation across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, support, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and proficient in building CRM solutions, workflow automations, and AI-driven operations in a fast-paced environment, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in CRM administration, systems management, or related technical ops.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and workflow automation.
• Experience designing scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM platform administration, configuration, and optimization.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows and automations for panel lifecycle.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Monitor performance, data quality, and identify improvements.
• Create dashboards, reports, and process maps.
• Manage integrations between CRM and databases via APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
• Recommend continuous process improvements.
• Ensure configurations align with security and compliance.
