Job summary

Viant is seeking a Panel Systems Manager to oversee and optimize the CRM ecosystem and panel management workflows. You will design scalable processes, build AI-powered automations, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support to support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and experienced in building CRM solutions and automation platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in CRM administration, systems management, or related technical operations role.
• Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms and building workflow automations.
• Experience designing scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations.
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the CRM and panel management systems.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows and automations across the panel lifecycle.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor performance, data quality, and workflow effectiveness; identify improvements.
• Create dashboards, reports, and process maps for operational visibility.
• Manage integrations between CRM platforms, databases, and third-party apps via APIs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for operations teams.
• Lead continuous process improvements to enhance scalability and panelist experience.
• Ensure configurations and data management align with security and compliance standards.
