Job summary

Viant Technology in Boston is seeking a Panel Systems Manager to oversee CRM ecosystems, panel management systems, and automation initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, support, and offboarding.

You'll partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, building AI-powered workflows and dashboards to improve efficiency, data quality, and the panelist experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in CRM administration, systems management, or related technical operations.
• Hands-on experience building workflow automations.
• Experience with AI tools and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Ability to design scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM platform administration and ongoing optimization.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows and automations across the panelist lifecycle.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Monitor performance, data quality, and provide dashboards.
• Manage integrations between CRM platforms and databases.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure configurations comply with security and policy standards.
