Job summary

Viant is seeking a technically skilled CRM Administrator to oversee and optimize the CRM ecosystem that supports the panelist lifecycle. You will own the system, design scalable workflows, and leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, data quality, and the panelist experience.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support to translate business needs into scalable solutions that support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, support, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in CRM administration, systems management, operations technology, or related technical operations.
• Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms and building workflow automations.
• Experience designing scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations.
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the organization's CRM platform and panel management systems.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows and automations that support the full panelist lifecycle.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and intelligent automations to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and process effectiveness; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and documentation to support visibility and decision-making.
• Manage integrations between CRM platforms, internal databases, and third-party applications using APIs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for teams.
• Recommend and implement continuous process improvements to enhance scalability and the panelist experience.
• Ensure configurations align with policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
