You will drive AI-driven portfolio scoring, dynamic segmentation, and automated workflows, aligning with Sales and Operations to accelerate cash velocity while reducing DSO and bad debt exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections, Finance Operations, or Revenue Management, including leadership of managers and distributed global teams.
• Expertise in risk segmentation, predictive analytics, AI-driven portfolio scoring, dynamic collection playbooks, and automated workflows.
• Experience leveraging Oracle ERP for collections strategy development, workflow configuration, and system-driven optimization.
• Strong cross-functional communication across GBS, Finance, and Sales leadership.

Aufgaben

• Transform credit & collections from reactive processing to a predictive, intelligence-led operating model.
• Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities, longitudinal analytics, and predictive decision intelligence tools.
• Establish dynamic account segmentation using AI-driven portfolio scoring to categorize accounts by risk and trajectory.
• Design and deploy automated collection playbooks and Oracle workflows to optimize collector capacity.
• Align credit risk evaluation with commercial objectives to enable sustainable revenue growth.
• Leverage working capital analytics to accelerate cash velocity and reduce DSO and bad debt exposure.
• Set performance targets and oversee portfolio health across segments.
• Develop a cross-functional credit framework aligning Sales, Operations, and GBS/Finance.
