Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B collections management experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement world-class collection strategies to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt.
• Supervise and analyze collections processes and results for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional collections and sales teams to share standard methodologies.
• Build relationships with key customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
