Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's in Business or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking; proficient in SQL/Python or BI tools (e.g., Tableau); able to independently conduct funnel analysis.
• Structured communicator with experience writing market requirement documents (MRDs).

Responsibilities

• Scalable AI Creative Product Operations: Drive global adoption of GenAI tools and monitor usage across regions.
• Creator Marketing Ecosystem Building: Support tiered creator operation strategies and analyze brand collaboration cases.
• Brand & Marketing IP and Moment Operations: Contribute to creative product strategies for global campaigns and moments.
• Track adoption of non-standard products and establish regional flagship case libraries.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Build automated dashboards and use attribution analysis to identify growth bottlenecks.
