Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Brand Search Ads Product Solutions and Operations Intern to help set go-to-market strategy across regions. You’ll partner with product and regional teams to shape direction, assess gaps, and represent advertiser needs to influence the organic search roadmap.

You will work with the Brand Search Ads team to develop strategy, align stakeholders, and apply market trends to influence advertisers, agencies, and partners.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking; proficient in SQL/Python or BI tools (e.g., Tableau); able to independently conduct funnel analysis.
• Structured communicator with experience writing MRDs; able to translate customer needs into clear product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scalable AI Creative Product Operations: Drive global adoption of GenAI tools, monitor usage, and deliver localized optimization strategies.
• Creator Marketing Ecosystem Building: Support tiered creator operation strategies and analyze top brand collaborations.
• Brand & Marketing IP and Moment Operations: Contribute to design of creative product strategies for global campaigns and moments.
• Track adoption of non-standard products and establish regional flagship case libraries.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Build automated dashboards and use attribution analysis to identify growth bottlenecks.
