TikTok is seeking a Creative Product Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in San Jose to support the International Advertising - Creative and Brand Innovation team. You will help scale AI-powered advertising creativity and assist in global marketing initiatives, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

The internship offers hands-on experience with GenAI tools, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across a fast-growing tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's in Business or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking; able to independently conduct funnel analysis.
• Structured communicator with experience writing MRDs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the global adoption of GenAI tools and deliver localized optimization strategies.
• Support creator marketing ecosystem building and analyze top brand collaboration cases.
• Contribute to design of creative product strategies for global campaigns and moments.
• Track adoption of non-standard products and build regional flagship case libraries.
• Build automated monitoring dashboards and perform attribution analysis.
