Job summary

TikTok is offering a 12-week campus internship in the United States for Summer 2027 within the Agentic Creation – TikTok Effect Platform (TTEP). You will work on full-stack initiatives, collaborating with product, operations and data science teams to ship creator-facing features and AI agents, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale systems and cutting-edge agentic technologies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or master’s program in software development or a related technical field.
• Available to work for 12 weeks in Summer 2027.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms; fluent in Golang, JavaScript, C/C++ or Python.
• Passionate about agentic systems with basic knowledge of LLM, prompts, skills, MCPs.
• Good product sense and ability to align PMs, Ops, designers and other xFN stakeholders on trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team's creator-facing features, end-to-end development from frontend to backend and big data, ensuring compliance and fund safety.
• Deliver high-impact AI agents on trend discovery, personalization signals and creator support for product and operations.
• Evolve agentic architectures including agent servers, prompt management, skill workflows, MCP tool setups and knowledge base solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into measurable engineering efforts and deliver optimal usability for global creators.
