Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Sr. Creative Operations Manager to shape and scale Brand & Creative workflows. You will own end‑to‑end creative operations, from intake to delivery, and leverage AI, automation, and tech to accelerate production and quality at scale.

In this role, you will partner with leadership to forecast capacity, manage resources, and align stakeholders across briefs, scope, timelines, and approvals. This is a hybrid, on‑site/remote position based in Sherman Oaks or Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project/program management, integrated production, or related field.
• Deep understanding of multidisciplinary creative workflows and cross‑functional project delivery.
• Track record of building scalable processes and managing resources/capacity.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and applying tech to creative workflows.
• Experience with major PM platforms (ClickUp/Workfront/Asana/Monday.com) and DAM systems.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and emotional intelligence in cross‑functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve end‑to‑end creative operations, including intake, scoping, prioritization, workflows, and delivery.
• Project manage complex creative initiatives from kickoff to delivery with detailed plans and milestones.
• Forecast capacity, allocate resources, balance workloads, and trade off priorities with creative leadership.
• Champion AI across processes, automate workflows, and establish scalable best practices.
• Collaborate with Brand & Creative to align briefs, scope, timelines, and approvals.
• Evolve the creative operations ecosystem, improve adoption and visibility, and drive efficiency.
