Job summary

The Sage Group’s client in fintech seeks a Creative Strategist & Insights Lead in the SF Bay Area, hybrid, contract. The role owns weekly performance readouts, sets the testing strategy, and briefs the next round based on data-driven results.

You will work with Paid Channel managers, the CRO lead, and marketing teams to translate insights into creative tests, automate workflows with AI, and deliver leadership-ready reports.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance creative strategy or analytics.
• Ability to write SQL and build dashboards.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative tools or curiosity to experiment with new tools.
• Multi-channel experience across digital and offline.
• Strong communication and ability to present insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Publish weekly paid creative results and insights readout.
• Automate cross-platform reporting with AI tools.
• Prepare leadership decks on performance and learnings.
• Maintain creative taxonomy for tagging and tracking.
• Collaborate with paid channel managers and CRO lead.
