Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Finance Lead for the Creator & Creative Professional segment in San Francisco. You'll drive strategic FP&A with a product focus, build scalable automation, and surface insights to guide topline growth across marketing, product, and GTM.

You'll partner across teams, own run-the-business reporting, and deliver executive-ready narratives on trends, risks, and opportunities. The role requires 8+ years in FP&A, strong modeling, and a hands-on approach to automation

Qualifications

8+ years of FP&A or related analytical roles.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Excellent communication skills — translate technical approaches and financial findings for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting topline for consumer subscription or SaaS products.
AI-native by default: actively build automations and explore agentic workflows to compress analysis cycles.
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills with storytelling with numbers.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Python scripting or low-code/no-code platforms.
Self-starter who takes initiative and collaborates across teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Responsibilities
