Job summary

Valid, a San Francisco-based ad tech company, seeks a Digital Strategist focused on performance marketing. You will own full-funnel campaigns with AI-assisted, data-driven methods and act as the primary client-facing lead.

You’ll manage large ad budgets, present insights weekly, and collaborate with engineers to translate marketing needs into product features. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience with at least 2+ years of full-funnel performance marketing experience within an agency.
• Manage +$150,000/month of ad spend across Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels.
• Strong English and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with analyzing data and deploying statistical methods in ad accounts.

Responsibilities

• Understand a client’s business objectives and KPIs.
• Define strategy for the account based on budget and objectives.
• Analyze results and market trends to devise the best path forward.
• Interface directly with clients on a weekly basis.
• Present reports and guidance on using Valid tools and media queries.
• Be the client's first and primary point of contact at Valid.
• Interface directly with engineering and PMs to translate marketing processes into real products.
