Job summary

Snatch UP is an early-stage, AI-driven real estate technology startup reshaping commercial real estate and architectural planning. We are seeking an Account Executive to join the founding sales team and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations, targeting landlords, asset managers, brokers, architects, and workplace decision-makers.

You will conduct tailored demos, highlight the ROI of AI-powered planning and data-driven insights, build long-term relationships across CRE

Qualifications

5–10 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in PropTech or CRE/workspace software.
Startup experience required: at least 2 years in a fast-growing tech startup.
Thrives in ambiguity, builds scalable systems, scrappy problem-solving approach.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in long, consultative sales cycles.
Excellent communication and storytelling across diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of CRE and workplace planning challenges.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation for CRE and design buyers.
Sell into design-forward buyer groups: architects, workplace strategists, landlords, brokers.
Deliver tailored demos highlighting ROI of AI-powered planning and data-driven insights.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across CRE and design ecosystems.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and CS to incorporate client feedback.
Consistently meet and exceed quotas in a fast-paced startup environment.
