Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Controls Room Product Owner (Associate) to drive the product strategy and delivery for our Controls Room ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Control Management, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions with risk-conscious governance. You will iterate rapidly using AI-enabled prototyping and an agile POD approach, maintain a clear backlog, and define outcomes with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management/ownership, business analysis, project delivery, process improvement, or technology/tooling enablement (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience delivering product across lifecycle with accountability for results.
• Proven ability to deliver iteratively in a fast-paced model using short development cycles and small teams.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and delivery for the Controls Room Product ecosystem; align priorities to user needs and oversight objectives.
• Lead customer discovery activities to translate needs into a prioritized roadmap/backlog and clear value proposition.
• Execute delivery in an agile POD model: rapid prototyping, short development cycles, and continuous feedback loops with users and stakeholders.
• Own and maintain the product backlog: write/refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear and testable.
• Contribute to AI enablement within the product and support responsible deployment with controls, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
• Establish and track success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Support go-to-market and change management: launch planning, training/readiness, documentation, and post-launch support.
