Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President Product Manager for the Controls Room Team to lead a ground-up Control Management application from idea through delivery.

You will partner with control disciplines to unify hierarchies, design AI-first features, and ensure interoperability across risk/framework areas. You will drive spec-driven delivery, collaborate with line-of-business leads, and present roadmaps to senior stakeholders, enabling enhanced risk visibility and automated control

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with technology partners to develop products.
• Advanced ability to translate user requests into technology requirements using Agile tools like JIRA.
• Experience applying Agile methodology to product development.
• Experience driving delivery across cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Excellent written and verbal communications across diverse functional groups.
• Adaptable and able to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with data analytics and AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional teams to develop a new app from the ground up in Control Management.
• Unify reference hierarchies across compliance and risk frameworks.
• Translate strategy into actionable tasks for Product Owners and Agile teams.
• Oversee spec-driven delivery and rapid prototyping with Claude or Copilot.
• Ensure AI-first roadmap and embed intelligent assistance into core workflows.
• Manage long-term roadmaps with business leads and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Program Management to report product progress.
• Provide subject matter expertise for end-to-end implementations.
• Handle multiple workstreams to optimize outcomes and mitigate issues.
• Present roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders.
