Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President Product Manager to lead the CORE Product development within Controls Room, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering risk-based technology improvements across the Control Management program.

You will partner with technology leads, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable, AI-enabled features and robust roadmaps, while balancing regulatory considerations and speed to market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building technology products
• Experience translating user requests to tech requirements using agile tools
• Experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools
• Experience delivering across cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional teams to develop the CORE Product and evolve the Control Managers’ technology experience
• Translate strategy and requirements into actionable tasks for Product Owners and Agile teams
• Drive and oversee AI-enabled, aspect-driven delivery with rapid prototyping
• Ensure the product roadmap is AI-first and embeds intelligent assistance
• Manage relationships with LOB and function leads to long-term roadmaps
• Monitor progress and elevate risks/concerns across the roadmap
• Present roadmaps, technology solutions, and status updates to senior stakeholders
