Qualifications

• Quantitative degree with 6+ years of tech product experience.
• Experience translating user requests to technology requirements using agile management tools.
• Proficient with agile product development.
• Experience driving delivery across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with AI tools in development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Translate strategy into actionable tasks for Product Owners.
• Manage spec-driven delivery and rapid prototyping with AI tools.
• Ensure AI-first product roadmap and automation in end-user experience.
• Maintain long-term roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks.
• Report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Provide impact analyses for Control Management projects.
• Lead multiple project workstreams concurrently.
• Present roadmaps and status updates to forums with senior stakeholders.
