Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York, NY seeks a Vice President Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of a new control management application.

You will collaborate with control disciplines to unify hierarchies, design AI-first features, and enable each line of business to operate with enhanced risk insight. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering with 6+ years of product development experience.
• Advanced experience translating user requests to technology requirements using agile tools like JIRA.
• Prior application of agile methodology for product development.
• Experience delivering across cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in line with approved tooling/controls.
• Experience implementing AI capabilities including agentic workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; able to communicate with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and accountable.
• Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross functional teams through the product development of a new application built from the ground up in the Control Management space.
• Lead the product focus on unifying reference hierarchies across compliance and operational risk frameworks.
• Translate strategy and requirements from internal stakeholders into actionable tasks for Product Owners and Agile teams.
• Oversee spec-driven delivery process with high-quality requirements and rapid prototyping cycles using Claude and Copilot.
• Ensure the product roadmap is AI-first, embedding intelligent assistance into core workflows.
• Manage relationships with Line of Business and Function Leads to build long-term roadmaps.
• Partner with Program Management to ensure Product progress is reported accurately.
• Provide subject matter expertise and impact analysis for Control Management projects.
• Manage multiple project workstreams to enhance outcomes and mitigate issues.
• Present roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders.
