Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Controls Room Product Owner (Associate) to drive product strategy and delivery across the controls environment.

You will design and monitor test plans, leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, while maintaining strong oversight. In this role you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Control Management, and Compliance to deliver an outcome-focused roadmap, balance risk and value, and ensure scalable, resilient solutions across testing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management/ownership or related fields.
• Experience delivering across lifecycle: discovery, delivery, adoption.
• Ability to deliver iteratively in a fast-paced model using small teams.
• Strong backlog/requirements skills and collaboration with engineering/design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making under risk.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and delivery for the Controls Room ecosystem; align priorities to user needs and oversight objectives.
• Lead customer discovery activities to translate needs into a prioritized roadmap/backlog and clear value proposition.
• Deliver using agile Pizza POD model with rapid prototyping and short development cycles.
• Own and maintain the product backlog: write/refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to AI enablement within the product with responsible deployment and human-in-the-loop review.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
• Establish and track success metrics and use data to guide prioritization.
• Support go-to-market and change management, including training/readiness and post-launch support.
