Job summary

Outdoorsy is seeking a Content Platform lead to own content strategy and build scalable systems. You will drive content design, templates, and workflows, while contributing directly to content creation with AI to accelerate drafts and scale outputs across campaigns.

The role focuses on a structured content pipeline, GEO-like optimization for AI-driven discovery, and collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, PR, Events, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B content strategy and content creation.
• Ability to design content as a system and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve our content strategy across the full customer journey in partnership with Product Marketing and Demand Generation.
• Design content systems that translate strategy into inputs, templates, and repeatable outputs across the pipeline.
• Personally contribute to content creation using AI to accelerate drafting, iteration, and scaling.
• Lead and develop designers to operate within scalable content systems.
