Chime is seeking an experienced AEO Content Strategist to own content planning, publication, and AI-driven workflows. You will manage the blog, ensure accurate product details, and coordinate with partners to secure credible AI citations.

A hands-on role with opportunities to shape strategy while delivering high-quality content. You will collaborate across teams to optimize conversions, manage the AI visibility budget, and drive performance insights through weekly reviews.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in editorial strategy, content strategy, or SEO content.
• Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge: how LLMs and AI answer engines cite sources.
• Experience with AI content tools and workflows (AirOps, Profound, or similar).
• Experience publishing in regulated industries (fintech/financial services).
• Experience with a CMS (Contentful preferred) and Jira.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
• Strong writing and editing skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-changing area.

Aufgaben

• Own Chime's blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AEO.
• Run editorial calendar and maintain steady publishing cadence.
• Lead content across Chime.com for product launches and seasonal moments.
• Manage AI content optimization platform (AirOps) and automate steps in content lifecycle.
• Lead offsite visibility with affiliate and publisher partners; manage AI visibility budget.
• Move content through Legal & Compliance and partner bank review.
• Collaborate with PR, Brand, Social, YouTube, Help Center for consistency.
• Track citations, AI visibility, rankings, traffic, and enrollments.
