Job summary

Chime is hiring an AEO Content Strategist to own the content and citation work that wins in AI search. You'll run Chime's blog from planning through publishing, manage AI-powered content workflows, and earn Chime coverage on trusted third-party sources.

You’ll work with the AI Search Strategy & SEO lead to hit visibility targets and ensure accurate product details across Contentful. This is a hands-on role blending strategy with execution: coordinate publishers, navigate compliance, and publish

Qualifications

• 5+ years in editorial/SEO content with proven growth in organic visibility.
• Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge and understanding of how AI answers cite sources.
• Experience with AI content tools and workflows and automating repetitive work.
• CMS experience (Contentful preferred) and Jira or similar workflows.
• Experience managing freelancers/agencies, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own Chime's blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AEO.
• Run the editorial calendar and publish cadence with CMS formatting and accurate product details.
• Lead content across Chime.com, coordinating launches with Product Marketing and CRO efforts.
• Manage AI content workflows and partnerships with AirOps and external publishers.
• Coordinate offsite visibility with affiliates and track AI model citations and placements.
• Move content through Legal & Compliance and partner bank reviews efficiently.
