Chime is seeking an AEO Content Strategist to own content and citations for AI search. You''ll manage Chime''s blog from planning through publishing, run AI-powered workflows, and ensure accurate product details in Contentful.

This hands-on role partners with our AI Search Strategy lead to hit visibility targets, guides publishers, and optimizes content for safe, compliant AI alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in editorial strategy, content strategy, or SEO content growth.
• Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge and AI citation impact understanding.
• Experience with AI content tools/workflows (AirOps, Profound, LLM tools).
• Experience publishing in regulated financial services; compliance review.
• CMS (Contentful preferred) and Jira or similar workflows.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
• Strong writing/editing with data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Own the blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AEO.
• Run the editorial calendar and maintain steady publishing cadence.
• Lead content across Chime.com with Product Marketing for CRO.
• Manage AI content tools and automate steps in the lifecycle.
• Lead offsite visibility with affiliates and publisher partners.
• Coordinate Legal & Compliance and partner bank reviews.
• Collaborate with PR, Brand, Social, YouTube, Help Center.
• Track citations, AI visibility, rankings, traffic, enrollments.
