Responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated preliminary results, coordinating with FG Compliance for formal decisions, and maintaining accurate records of submissions and communications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in affordable housing compliance or related residential property management functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or incorrect information.
• Excellent organizational and workflow-management skills for handling many submissions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently within a centralized team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized intake and review point for move-in and recertification submissions.
• Process submissions through the AI-assisted preliminary review protocol.
• Ensure all required data, forms, verifications, and documentation are complete and properly stored.
• Confirm data/docs are uploaded in the correct locations in the management system.
• Escalate complex issues to FG Compliance when needed and follow standardized processes.
