Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join its Workforce and Rewards Consulting team. You will assist with the delivery of large-scale projects, coach team members, and tackle complex compensation challenges while supporting business development and client relationships.

This hybrid role partners with senior management and HR leaders to design and deliver compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation consulting or related HR advisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple large projects and complex engagements.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, technology, incentive design, market analysis, and compliance.
• Strong client relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses by project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs.
• Provide consulting on pay strategy, job architecture, and digital activation.
