Job summary

Marsh is seeking aSenior Human Resources Transformation Consultant to join the Workforce and Rewards team in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You will lead HR transformation engagements that embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to accelerate value and modernize HR operations.

With 8+ years in HR transformation consulting and 10+ years in program management, you will drive end-to-end client engagements, mentor junior staff, and expand Marsh's AI-enabled HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology or similar; Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of external consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects for mid-to-large organizations.
• At least 10 years of program management experience on large-scale, multi-stream projects.
• Deep HR domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge in AI-enablement, HR strategy, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, HR operating models, process redesign, and employee experience.
• Broad understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR functions (recruiting, talent, rewards, performance, learning).

Responsibilities

• Develop business and client relationships; generate revenue through new client development and expand relationships with mid-to-large organizations.
• Lead client conversations about AI and automation for HR and workforce outcomes; create solution proposals combining HR strategy, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Demonstrate and market expertise in HR transformation and AI enablement; serve as local market representative for Marsh in HR transformation.
• Deliver client engagements end-to-end; lead delivery team; manage project scope, budget, and timelines; mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to Marsh thought leadership, methodology, and go-to-market collateral; collaborate to leverage firm-wide capabilities.
