Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Human Resources Transformation Consultant for our Workforce and Rewards team. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office and focuses on leading HR transformation engagements that embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to accelerate value.

You will develop client relationships, guide end-to-end engagements, and mentor junior staff while shaping go-to-market collateral and thought leadership across Marsh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology or similar.
• Minimum 8 years external HR transformation consulting experience delivering HR projects for mid-to-large organizations.
• At least 10 years of program management experience on large-scale, multi-stream projects.
• Deep HR domain expertise with AI-enabled capability knowledge.
• Hands-on HR tech experience with Workday or SuccessFactors and other HR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and client relationships; generate revenue through new client development and expand relationships.
• Lead HR transformation engagements embedding AI, automation, and data-driven approaches.
• Deliver engagements end-to-end, manage budgets, and mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to thought leadership, methodology, and go-to-market collateral across Marsh.
