Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to join our Workforce and Rewards team. This role combines deep workforce analytics and human capital strategy with practical, responsible use of AI to deliver faster, more powerful, and more actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience in workforce strategy or HR analytics.
• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (economics, psychology, data science, CS).
• Experience in pay equity analysis and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong statistics and machine learning skills with practical application.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate problems into analytics-driven workforce solutions using qualitative research, statistics, and AI methods.
• Design and operationalize analytic models and data products with structured data, text, and signals.
• Lead client engagements as analytics and AI lead: define approaches and present findings.
• Drive pay equity analyses and external labor market insights with econometric and AI methods.
• Create dashboards and data stories for HR and business leaders, ensuring interpretability.
• Ensure responsible AI with validation, bias mitigation, privacy controls, and governance.
