Job summary

Qualifications
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or related field with 2 years of experience; OR a Masters with 0–1 years of experience.
- Experience in Excel, including building analyses and models.
- Foundational knowledge of AI tools and integrating them into work processes (prompt engineering, workflow automation).
- Project management experience driving analytics-led projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners on project delivery across multiple work streams, breaking down problems into AI-solvable components.
- Lead cross-functional discussions using AI to drive compensation solutions and insights.
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analyses using multiple AI tools.
- Balance risks and streamline processes by redesigning workflows to leverage AI responsibly.
