OpenGov Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to lead and scale our global compensation programs. You will design our compensation toolkit, run cycles, govern equity planning, and enable managers with data-driven insights.

This player‑coach role blends hands‑on work with strategic leadership across HR and Finance. You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and FP&A to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and budget alignment while building AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compensation or related field in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience building and scaling compensation programs.
• Equity program design and administration experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with base pay, incentives, and global compensation favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation program design, cycles, and equity planning.
• Provide advisory support to HRBPs, managers, and FP&A.
• Develop metrics, reports, and tools to guide decisions.
• Create compensation content and training for stakeholders.
