Genserve Inc. in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Collections & Cash Applications Analyst to own the back half of the order-to-cash cycle across a national portfolio.

You will diagnose why cash isn’t arriving, apply payments, and reconcile ledgers, using AI-assisted tooling while validating outputs before posting. You will build cash forecasts, monitor aging and DSO, and collaborate across Sage, NetSuite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks in a multi-entity environment with evolving processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of commercial collections and/or cash application experience, ideally multi-entity.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Sage, NetSuite, or comparable) and strong Excel (pivots, lookups).

Responsabilités

• Own collections for a national portfolio; proactive outreach on past-due balances and structured escalation per policy.
• Apply incoming payments accurately across multiple entities and reconcile AR to the general ledger.
• Build short-cycle collections forecasts and perform root-cause analysis to improve processes.
• Use AI tooling to assist cash application and collections prioritization, with human verification for exceptions.
