Job summary

Genserve, a multi-entity field service company, is hiring an Analyst in the Tampa corporate Order-to-Cash organization. You will own the back half of the order-to-cash cycle, converting billed receivables into applied cash, while diagnosing payment issues rather than merely chasing them.

This data-forward role uses AI-assisted tooling to raise accuracy and throughput. You will work across Sage, NetSuite, Salesforce and QuickBooks in a dynamic, multi-entity environment with varying processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associate degree in accounting/finance/business or related experience.
• 3–5 years in commercial collections or cash application, multi-entity preferred.
• Experience with major ERP systems and strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup).
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and defend conclusions.
• Fluency with AI tools and judgment to verify AI output before use.

Responsibilities

• Own collections for a national portfolio and manage escalation per policy.
• Apply incoming payments across multiple entities and reconcile AR to GL.
• Forecast short-cycle collections and analyze aging/DSO trends.
• Identify root causes of non-payment and route to upstream owners.
• Use AI tools to improve matching, remittance extraction, and prioritization, with human validation.
