Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and send invoices per customer requests.
• Understand cash allocation and remittance validation.
• Process cash applications and reconcile aged receivables.
• Collaborate across AR entities and maintain DRR timely.
• Create/update SOPs and respond to client queries.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and credits/debits.
• Reconcile orders with customer books and manage disputes.
