Qualifications
- 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Math or related; 7+ years experience or 9+ years related work.
Responsibilities
- The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard; work with engineers/service teams to resolve issues.
- Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
- Represent AWS in customer environments, discuss incidents, trade-offs, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Conduct application-specific reviews, proactive monitoring, and create runbooks to keep environments healthy.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and guide customers in adopting AI services.
