Job summary

thermondino is seeking a Business Systems Engineer to bridge business needs with technical delivery across customer-facing, stakeholder-facing, and internal contexts. You will build robust solutions in code using Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Field Service, JustOn, and automation via n8n/Make, while guiding data objects and key flows.

You will enable engineers, PMs, and designers through pairing, reviews, and documentation, and strive to measurably improve business systems with an AI-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bridge business needs to technical delivery across customer-facing, stakeholder-facing, and internal contexts.
• Deliver robust, maintainable code across our stack (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Field Service, JustOn, Payhawk, n8n, Make).
• Provide best-practice guidance on Salesforce data objects and key flows.
• Enable others through pairing, review, documentation, and teaching.
• Improve business systems and processes with measurable impact.
• AI-first approach to engineering and automation tasks.
