Qualifications
- Experience managing technical projects or backlogs for IT/business applications.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical tickets.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business problems.
- Strong technical communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn and map multiple software platforms quickly.
Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and clean up tickets for admins and developers with clear requirements.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflows to business problems.
- Interface with stakeholders to intake, vet, and prioritize requests.
- Own the roadmap and backlog for Business Systems initiatives.
- Learn Salesforce and beyond to scope requests and spot AI opportunities.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies to keep work visible and moving.
