Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform powering our Partnerships business, including deal registration, partner attribution, co-sell, and cloud marketplace operations.

You will work with Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Finance to translate partner-channel requirements into scalable Apex, Flow, and integration solutions, leveraging Claude and our in‑house AI tooling to write and review code to house standards.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce development in a production org (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow).
Experience building/maintaining partner/channel functionality in Salesforce.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms via REST/Bulk APIs or middleware.
Fluency with SFDX and release processes with peer review.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) and ability to discuss their output.
Strong SQL skills and comfort with a data warehouse.
Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

Design and build Partnerships infrastructure in Salesforce (deal registration, attribution).
Develop Apex, LWC, and Flow following standards and frameworks.
Build integrations between Salesforce and cloud marketplaces and PRM tools.
Configure partner-facing portals with sharing and license models.
Use Claude and internal AI tooling as part of build and code-review workflow.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations on data-model decisions for reporting.
Coordinate release management with DevOps including sandbox strategy and deployments.
Ensure controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place.
