You will identify where customers are stuck, use AI tools to solve problems faster, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to continuously improve the platform. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• 0–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools extensively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort learning new software and technology.
• Experience working directly with customers, clients, or internal stakeholders.
• The ability to manage multiple problems simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own client problems: become deeply familiar with the product and how customers use it.
• Help clients successfully onboard and use the platform.
• Investigate questions, problems, and unusual situations instead of escalating them.
• Identify the root cause of an issue before determining the solution.
• Take ownership from identification through resolution.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the process.
