GreenGrowth CPAs
We are looking for a highly intelligent, resourceful, and AI-first AI Client Solutions Associate to join our team.
This is not a traditional customer success role where the primary responsibility is managing relationships or answering support tickets. We are looking for someone who can be given a problem, understand what is actually happening, determine the best solution, and take ownership of getting it resolved.
You will work at the intersection of clients, AI, product, and operations. You will help customers successfully use our technology, identify where they are getting stuck, use AI tools to solve problems faster, and work with our product and engineering teams to continuously improve the platform.
We care much more about intelligence, curiosity, resourcefulness, and ability to learn than having years of experience.
Own Client Problems
Use AI to Work Better
AI should be one of your primary tools for getting work done.
We don't expect you to know every answer. We expect you to be exceptionally good at figuring out how to find the answer.
Because you will work directly with customers, you will often see product problems before anyone else.
We Want Someone Who Constantly Asks
“Why are we doing it this way?” and “Could AI make this dramatically easier?”
The Ideal Person Is
AI-first. You naturally use AI when researching, writing, analyzing, learning, or solving problems.
Highly resourceful. When you don't know something, your first instinct is to investigate rather than immediately ask someone else.
Independent. You don't need detailed instructions for every task. You can understand an objective and determine how to accomplish it.
Curious. You want to understand how things work and why.
Analytical. You can separate symptoms from root causes and think logically through a problem.
Fast learner. You can become competent in unfamiliar subjects quickly.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You don't need every problem to have a predefined process.
Strong communicator. You can explain complicated topics clearly to clients and coworkers.
High ownership. If something is your responsibility, you follow it through until the underlying problem is actually solved.
Qualifications. We care more about capability than credentials.
You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have
Experience in accounting, tax, financial services, SaaS, technology, operations, or customer success is helpful but not required.
Programming experience is also not required, although technical curiosity and the ability to understand how software works are valuable.
This is not a traditional customer service position.
We are not looking for someone whose default response is: “I’ll send this to engineering.”
We Want Someone Whose First Reaction Is “Let me understand what’s happening and see if I can figure it out.” You will absolutely work with engineers when necessary, but we expect you to investigate first, gather the relevant information, and develop your own hypothesis about the problem.
This is also not a software engineering position. You do not need to be an experienced programmer. Your primary skill should be your ability to think, learn, communicate, and solve problems using modern AI tools.
The problems will change. Your ability to figure them out is the job.
You will probably enjoy this role if you like being given an objective rather than a detailed checklist.
“Customers are struggling with this. Figure out why.”
And Gets Excited About Solving It.
The strongest candidates will combine the curiosity of an analyst, the resourcefulness of an entrepreneur, the communication skills of a great client-facing professional, and an AI-first approach to getting work done.
You do not need to arrive knowing everything.
You need to be exceptionally good at figuring things out.
