Job summary

Meta is seeking a Global Research Operations (GRO) Program Manager to define, establish, and maintain global operational programs for a growing research team. The role focuses on building scalable processes, driving efficiency, and fostering cross-functional partnerships to advance the vendor ecosystem and governance posture.

The candidate will manage end-to-end programs, integrate AI into workflows, and collaborate with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to coordinate data contracts and data sourcing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with a focus on vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years of cross-functional data project experience (3P data source integration).
• Experience with data modeling and project tracking using Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience leading programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete data contracts and renewals with compliance in mind.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage in vendor relationships.
• Guide vendor management practices and govern pricing and terms with vendors.
• Define program roadmaps, provide updates, communicate risks, and ensure commitments.
