Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organization Change Senior Manager for the Chemicals & Natural Resources sector in the United States. The role focuses on leading large-scale transformation programs that integrate GenAI, data analytics, and human-centered design to accelerate outcomes and workforce capability.

You will guide clients through evolving operating models, skill shifts, and leadership approaches in a fast-paced, AI-enhanced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of Chemicals & Natural Resources Industry experience

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts involving data, automation, and GenAI.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, guiding adoption and skills evolution.
• Define and enable GenAI usage across the organization with governance and human accountability.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and track behavior change.
• Design agile change strategies and scalable journeys that combine humans and digital tools.
