WPP Media is seeking a Manager in Campaign Operations to lead AI-driven workflows and the PA team’s day-to-day campaign operations. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary workflows, optimize outputs, and ensure campaigns start with complete operational readiness and accurate financial handling.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience at a digital media agency.
• Relevant experience in digital media and how digital innovation drives change.
• Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills - ability to think on your feet.
• Strong interest in AI / Automation - ability to navigate new technologies, drive implementation and change management.
• A self-motivated individual who is well organized and can manage multiple publisher conversations at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools.
• Masterfully manage day-to-day campaign operations, workflow coordination, and regional project delivery.
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose creative technical solutions to optimize performance.
• Serve as the center of influence for the PA, understanding the various disciplines and roles.
• Support campaign briefing and media plan development by ensuring operational necessities are provided.
• Monitor and track all ad-hoc tasks within the scope creep tracker for transparency.
• Build a campaign timeline with the media planning team and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to implement PA onboarding and assist offboarding.
• Maintain real-time accuracy in project trackers and documents reflecting changes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and support efficiency tracking.
• Be the lead resource for internal finance on E2E campaign processes.
