Job summary

WPP Media seeks a seasoned Manager for its AI Automation team to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions across the global network. You will translate business problems and ML models into production-ready software, focusing on MLOps, system integration, and cloud-native development.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Product Managers to operationalize models, optimize performance, and guide technical direction in a fast-paced marketing technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience deploying AI/ML driven applications in production.
• Proven experience in advertising, media, or MarTech with understanding of DSPs/SSPs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML automation software.
• Lead technical design discussions and ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code; explore Java/Go for specific services.
• Operationalize ML models via APIs, batch processes, or streaming pipelines.
• Develop and manage MLOps pipelines for training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Build robust data pipelines for feature engineering, ingestion, transformation, and storage.
