Job summary

WPP Media seeks a Manager to join our AI Automation team in the US to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that automate critical media processes across our global network.

You will work with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to translate complex problems into production-ready software, emphasize MLOps, cloud-native development, and maintain high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Eng, or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years in professional software development.
• 3–5 years building AI/ML apps in production.
• Proven AdTech/MarTech experience with DSPs/SSPs/Ad Servers.
• Strong Agile software delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI/ML apps.
• Lead architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Product Managers.
• Operationalize models via APIs and pipelines.
