You will balance technological speed with human precision, acting as a project manager to exceed client expectations and maintain real-time trackers and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience at a digital media agency.
• Relevant experience in digital media and how digital innovation drives change.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and independently when needed.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interest in AI / Automation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools for the PA team.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, workflow coordination, and regional project delivery.
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose creative technical solutions.
• Serve as center of influence for the PA and align on various MFG disciplines.
• Support early campaign briefing and media plan development with operational needs.
