Switchboard is seeking a Business Systems Strategist to translate client operations into actionable, prototype-first software. You will lead discovery with stakeholders, define what to build, and own the end-to-end strategy from prototype through production.

You will work with Notion and Claude Code to connect clients’ systems, map data ownership, and guide the build team to deliver tangible automation and AI-powered improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years combining consulting-style discovery with hands-on systems or product work.
• You've built things with AI.
• You think in systems, not just processes.
• You take ownership of problems and drive solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic discovery with client stakeholders and map how work moves.
• Define what gets built and why based on discovery.
• Build the prototype and demos; decide changes based on client feedback.
• Design integrations and map data ownership across systems.
• Own the build plan and sequencing for the development team.
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Turn the prototype into a detailed spec with edge-case handling.
• Stay involved through build and testing to ensure scope remains aligned.
• Support go-live, training, and change management for client teams.
• Lead a Business Analyst when required and guide their work.
